Accomodation will need to be arranged by the delegates. From mid-june onwards nearby hotels are likely to be heavily booked, so early booking will be essential.
Paris has an efficient metro service, and any hotels within walking distance of a metro station inside the inner ring road - the Boulevard Périphérique - should be less than 30 minutes from the conference site
We suggest looking for hotels via a commercial booking service such as 
http://www.reservation-parishotels.com
You will find better special rates than those that we could negotiate.
Nearby hotels will be in the 5th or 6th arrondissements, the Quartier Latin, or St Germain.
Special possibilities at lower cost will be offered for students.
